Jan Emanuel-Costley, Founder & President – Divas For A Cure
I am the Founder & President of Divas For A Cure “DFAC,” Co-Founder of the United States Black Cavalry Family “USBCF” and also a full-riding member of the New Jersey Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club “NJBSMC” – organizations dedicated to serving the community and improving the lives of others.
Since our inception in 2005, I have ridden my motorcycle throughout the U.S. and Canada escorted by members of the motorcycle community and my fellow club members of the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers & Troopers Motorcycle Club “NABSTMC” promoting Breast Cancer Awareness and raising funds for Breast Cancer Research. After five years, over 30,000 miles ridden and over $128,700.00 raised for Breast Cancer Research – Divas For A Cure is still dedicated to the mission.
Why is this cause so important to me? It’s very personal.
