Consuelo (Pena) Enloe (Connie)
October 16, 1954 – January 9, 2014

Consuelo (Pena) Enloe (Connie) passed January 9, 2014 after a long battle with cancer. She is with her Lord Jesus Christ and with a perfect disease free body now. Connie was born in Rockport, TX. and grew up in Victoria , TX.  She attended Nazareth Academy Catholic School from 1st to 12th grade. Her first job was with the Victoria Advocate Newspaper.  She met her husband Robert Enloe in late 1979 and soon after moved to Houston, TX. and married in 1981.  She lived 20 years in Humble, Tx. and the last 10 years in Crosby, TX.  She was a member of Woodlands Church Atascocita.

Her second and last job was in downtown Houston where she worked for Gulf Oil which now is Chevron, she was there 34 years as a graphic artist. She loved her work and co-workers.

Dearest to her heart was her children and grandkids.  Having grown up with 3 younger brothers she was always the mother hen. She was a great wife and mother of 3, grandmother of 8 and always told them she loved them. She was a hard worker and a strong woman who kept working all though her struggles with cancer. She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by: Her Father Richard Matt Pena, and Step-Father Bernabe M. Longoria, and Mother-in law Josephine Enloe.  She is survived by: Her Husband Robert Enloe, Her Mother Mary Alice Pena Longoria, Brother Frank Matthew Pena and his wife Kimberly Pena. Brother Richard Rosendo Pena and wife Joann Pena. Brother Robert Anthony Pena; Brother in-laws Gerald McIlvain, Joseph Mark Enloe and his wife Carolyn Enloe. Daughter Melody Barclay and husband Scott Barclay, Daughter Victoria Dawn and her husband James Dawn, Son Robert Enloe II; Grand-kids Elijah Barclay, Gabriella Barclay, Lila Barclay; Christian Enloe, Andres Wright, Isabella Enloe, Houston Millsap and Camryn Dawn. Her prayer for her grandkids was to do well in school and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to treat others with respect.  See you later my love.

On November 9, 2013, we delivered a check ($3,200.00) to the new MD. Anderson Cancer Center Cooper in Camden, NJ.

Click here to view the DFAC Check Presentation.

The proceeds was raised from our 4th Annual Barb’s H-D Divas For A Cure Breast Cancer Ride.  We had 181 registered participants (riders, passengers and donors).

We could not have done it without the help of Barb’s Harley-Davidson and members of the motorcycle community.
